Bookings and enquiries can be made either:
- By phone on 03 6267 4339, or
- Contact us by email at winestay@heronsrise.com.au, or
- Submit the enquiry form below; we will usually respond within a few hours, with payment due when you stay, or
- Click on the BOOK NOW button below, for immediate on-line booking and payment.
All prices are GST inclusive. A credit card number is required to confirm your booking, which we only access on your arrival. Please see cancellation policy below.

Our Cancellation Policy: There is a non refundable administration fee of $30.
If there is a cancellation within a week of the date of stay we charge in full unless the cottage is resold.
If there is a cancellation between one month and one week of the date of stay we charge fifty percent of the
accommodation unless the cottage is resold. Please call if you have any queries.
