All prices are GST inclusive. Reservations cannot be confirmed until the payment of the equivalent of one night's accommodation has been received.

Our Cancellation Policy: There is a non refundable administration fee of $30. If there is a cancellation within a week of the date of stay we charge in full unless the cottage is resold. If there is a cancellation between one month and one week of the date of stay we charge fifty percent of the accommodation unless the cottage is resold. Please call if you have any queries.
